Intimate Weddings & Elopements

Your wedding doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.
Whether you’re getting married on a mountaintop, at the courthouse, in your backyard, or surrounded by your favorite people, I want your day to actually feel like you.
I’ll step in and give direction when you need it, make sure we get the beautiful portraits, and then get out of the way when you don’t. I’m there for the vows and the big moments, but I’m also watching for the nervous laughs, happy tears, weird little looks, windblown hair, and everything happening when nobody is thinking about the camera.
No pressure to perform or do things just because you’re “supposed to.” Plan a day you actually want to have. I’ll be there to photograph it.
Why Couples Choose Me

No. 01
YOU'LL NEVER BE LEFT WONDERING WHAT TO DO
You don't need to know how to pose or be "good" in front of the camera. When it's time for portraits, I'll give you direction, help with the little things, and make sure you feel comfortable.
But once the day is moving, you won't have me constantly stopping you or asking you to recreate moments. I want you experiencing your wedding, not performing it for my camera.

I PHOTOGRAPH THE DAY AS IT ACTUALLY HAPPENS
My approach to weddings leans photojournalistic. I'm always watching what's happening — not just between the two of you, but around you.
The nervous moments before the ceremony. Your parents watching from across the room. Your friends losing it on the dance floor. Someone wiping away a tear when they think nobody noticed.
Those are the photographs you can't plan, and they're a huge part of why I love photographing weddings.

PORTRAITS WITHOUT TURNING YOUR WEDDING INTO A PHOTOSHOOT
Yes, we'll make beautiful portraits together. I'll find good light, pose you, give you prompts, and make adjustments when something isn't working.
Then we'll move on.
Some photographs will be intentionally created and others will happen completely on their own. Your final gallery should have both — the beautiful portraits you want to hang on your walls and the photographs that bring you right back to what was actually happening around you.

Every story is its own—yours deserves to be remembered the way it felt.

Let’s tell your story your way.
