Retainer Fee
A non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required to officially reserve your date.
This ensures your session or wedding day is fully locked in and dedicated to you.
The remaining balance is due seven days before your session or wedding date. Payment plans are available upon request.
Travel
Travel is included within 30 miles of Granite Falls, WA.
For sessions or weddings beyond that, travel fees are determined using the IRS standard mileage rate for 2025.
For destination elopements or weddings, customized travel quotes are available based on location, accommodations, and logistics — so you’ll always have a clear picture of what to expect.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
For intimate weddings, travel expenses may apply, particularly for distances over 30 miles from my home. These fees are determined using the Standard Mileage Rate 2025 as per the IRS website. Additionally, for longer distances, a lodging fee may be applied.
How will I get my images?
Your images will be delivered through a private online gallery via Pic-Time. From there, you'll have access to download your entire gallery at your convenience.
How long does it take to get the final images?
Typically, the turnaround time for your edited images can range from 6 - 8 weeks. However, this time frame can vary depending on my current workload.
Can I get my RAW images?
This is a simple answer: No.
What should we wear?
When it comes to what to wear for your session, it’s all about feeling like you.
Before we even talk outfits, I like to get a sense of your overall vibe — the mood or energy you’re drawn to. Maybe that’s cozy cottagecore, a hint of retro ‘70s, or something simple, laid-back, and natural.
What you wear should move with the location, too — flowy dresses look beautiful in open fields, while cozy knits feel right at home in the forest. Once we’ve figured out your overall aesthetic, I’ll help guide your wardrobe choices and suggest locations that bring it all together.
It’s easy, fun, and completely personal — because the best photos happen when you feel like yourself.
How many images will we get?
Every session is a little different, so the number of final images can vary depending on how things unfold. That said, for portrait sessions, you can typically expect at least 35 thoughtfully edited images per hour of coverage—often more! I focus on quality over quantity, carefully selecting the best moments to deliver a gallery that feels true to you and reflects my artistic standards. You won’t receive every single image taken, but rest assured, you'll get the very best—the ones that tell your story beautifully.
Can I split my coverage time into separate chunks throughout the day?
Coverage is booked in consecutive hours, meaning the time begins at the agreed start and runs straight through to the end. For example, if you book six hours, that’s six continuous hours of coverage—not broken up with long breaks in between. This helps me stay fully present and ensures I can capture your day as it naturally unfolds.
